In order to help reduce greenhouse emissions, returns can only be done in person. And it must fall under one of these conditions:

1. item does not work

2. item broke within 30 days NOT due to customer negligence

Otherwise the guitars are sold AS IS. They are verified before being sold as functional. If a malfunction and/or breakage occurs due to customer actions, return will be denied. If a product is returned and it is determined to be due to customer actions, no refund will be permitted.
